Floor Plans – We can help design a floor plan with all the furniture and items you really love and help you remove the items that are not needed in your new home by re-selling or donating. It is also very important for us to make sure that we are able to mimic a familiar floor plan, when we are transitioning seniors into a new space.

Packing/Unpacking – Let us handle all the packing and unpacking, ensuring all your treasured items are transported safely, so you can focus on living and enjoying your life rather than months of turmoil packing, living out of boxes, unpacking, and trying to locate misplaced items.

Next, we will go through and find the items that can be sold to bring the most profit possible to you or the estate. We then donate all that we can to the many charities we work with, providing a tax slip and a listing for those items donated. Finally, we cleanout the less valuable items and do our best to be “green” and recycle all metals, plastics, glass and paper products, with one of our many partners so we can keep as much out of landfills as possible.
